G. jX.~ Barnes (Labour M.P.) asserts that Tariff Reform is a fraud and 1 would intensify industrial difficulties and enable monopolists to further exploit labour and the consumers. He adds: "The Labour Party believe that landlordism and monopoly are the real causes of unemployment."
