Halley's comet was seen for tfio first time this morning. .It rhes a few minutes befoie the sun's glare at the breaking of diiy, thus making observations impossible. CAPETOWN REPORTS. (Received April 9, 10 a.m) CAPETOWN, Bth April. The obs-ervatory at, Capetown has sighted Halley'a comet for the first time since it passed tho sun.
