Mary Kelliher was acquitted ait Boston, MaaeachuteUs, after being in prison for fifteen months, on charges of poisoning her husband, three children, and two other relatives. She was exonerated by the discovery of arsonie. in the hair of a mattress whereon tho victims had successively slept.
