South Australia has a limited farm of local option. Votes may be cast in favour of one or other of the- following questions, and they inehido all classes of licenses except brewers-storekeepers, and distillers'-storekeepei» : — 1. That the number of licenses be Teduced. 2." That the number of licenses be neither increased nor reduced. 3. That the Licensing- Bench may, in their discretion, increase the number of licenses.
