[In January, 1907, there were 2100 miles of railways in Finland, all but 174 miles belonging to the- State. The tmffio upon ',the Stfltt>\s railways in 1906 was 11,338,013 passengers and 3,007,400 ton* ot goods. The total cost of tiie State railways to the end of 1906 wa.s 337,248,000 marks. The total revenue of the .same in 1906 was 35,866,000 mark«, and the total expenditure 29,661,000 marks. J
