The Croatian Supreme- Court has annulled the sentences passed on alleged conspirators at Agiam, on the ground that tho evidence was insufficient to justify the charges. In October last, at Agrain, <;.\pitai of the Austro-Hungarian ci own-land of Crotia-Slavonia, there was concluded the trial of fifty-three persons charged with high treason in seeking to erect Croatia, Bosnia, nnd Herzegovina into a Serb State under the Servian King. Twentytwo of those accused were acquitted, and thirty-one were condemned to terms of penal servitudo tanging from five to twelve years. I
