FOUND DEAD.

Thomas Law, secretary of the National Freo Church Council, wa* found dead in the sea at Brighton. He had been buffering from neurasthenia lately. The Rev. Thomas Law, Methodist minister, was secretary of tho Free Church Council since 189b. Ho was born | near Halifax, Yorkshire, in 1854, and held pastorate* in Birmingham, Glasgow, London, Gate*hcatl, and Bradford.
