SATURDAY'S RESULTS . There wu only a moderate attendance of marksmen present at Trentham on Saturday afternoon, there being altogether a> murter of 158 competitors. Th* raage parade was as follows:— Karori Rifle Club 28, Victoria College Officers' Training Corps 20, Zealandia Rifles 15, Highlander* 15, College Rifle* 15, Dominion ScouU 13, Pott and Telegraph Rifles 12, No. 3, G.A.V. 12, Petone NavaJs 11. Civil Ber\ire Rifles 11, Guard* 6. Lieut. Bolton was range officer. There were sereni good eroret, including a 7-iaot possible at 200 yards by H. Manhall, and at 600 yarda by W. In tha Wellington Highland Rifle competition for Ballantyne shield and final shoot for the M'Diarmid junior cup, Cpl. St. Clair won tho cup with an aggregate of 442, Pvt. Sellers scored 404, and Prt. Martin 401. The A Class men shot well —alt scoring 60 or over at 200 and 600 yards. Pvt. M'lver made tho possible at 600 yards, and camo out on top for the day— 31, 35, 66. This is tho second occasion this season upon which he has bfen successful in making the possible, doing so a few weeks ago at 900 yards. He wins a prue of 10s for each. Scores are: —

A large amount of interest w»s taken in the final shoot for the Third-claas Garrison shield. In the first two matches of the series the College Rifles and the Victoria College A team were leading.
