JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM. Thanks to Mr. Hood, the following figures of the Central Clvb — the team that won the junior championship — are available. Tho Central juniors won sevpn out of eight matches, the other being drawn. Points in its favour totalled 21, whilst only one was recorded against it. The highest score compiled by the team was 275, and its lowest aggregate was 62 ; and the highest score made against it was 178, and the lowest by any of its opponents 28. The eleven's highest win was by an innings and 138 mils, and its lowest victory was by 12 runs on tho first innings. In regard to the draw, it, is interesting to note that Central made 62 in their first innings, whilst their opponents, St. John's, replied with 61. Upon again going to the wickets Central made 120, and St. John's in their second effort got 121 runs — the result therefore being a draw.

Templars (3rd class team), 74, beat The Dominion, 52, by 22 runs. Wellington Teachers, 280 (Fanning IC4, Caddick 37, Stainton 30, each retired), v. Education Department, 44 and 55. Rodgers (four for 19), Fanning (six for 18) bowled successfully for the winners, and Herendsen for the departnrnt. BOYS' LEAGUE FINAL. The final match in connection with the Wellington Boys' Cricket League (senior grado competition) was concluded on Saturday at Kelburne Park between Mariet Brother:, and V.M.C.A. ; the V.M.C.A. team winning by 166 runs after a very interesting gnme. Scores — j Marisl Brothers, first innings, 75 ; second innings, 28. V.M.C.A., first innings, 1Q.4; tecond inuinga, 165. The following were the principal scorers :— rßobinsbn. [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, Bth April. The ninth round of the Auckland Cricket Association's district championship was concluded yesterday in perfect weather. As a result of the day's play Parnoll has a lead of two points from North Shore for tho senior grade championship. Results:— Graf ton v. Ponsonby: Giafton 146, and 106 for two wickets (E. Horspool, 63, not out, Mason 24), Ponsonby 95, and 39 for four wickets. Grafton won by 51 runs on the first innings and scores a two-point win. North Shore v. Eden; North Shoie 130, and 113 for seven wickets (Ralfe 57, not out), Eden first innings 122. Haddon took four wickets for 36 runs. North Shore won by 8 runs on the first innings. Scores : Parnell v. University : Powell firet innings 178 (Anthony 34, Sale 39, Olliff 49 not out). Fen wick took five wickets for 65. University 57 and 96 (Lawry 21, Jacobren 25). Oliff took seven wickets for 39 runs. Parnell won by an innings and 35 runs — a three point win.
