Theie were about fifty members pr». sent at the annual meeting of the Savag« Club, held in the Grand Hotel last mghi. Th« Chief Savage (Mr. T. M. Wilford) presided. The following officers were elected :— President, Mr. ft. J. Collins; vice-presidents, Messrs P. Levi, A. W. Newton, G. Toogood, and Dr. Izard; committee, Messrs. M. Fox, E. J. Hill, J. R Caxr, £. A. S. Killiclt, B. Robertson, A. A. Corrigan, G. F. Wilson, and G. Parsons-, musical director, Mr. D. A. Kenny ; auditor, Mt. A. -S. Bissj secretary and treasurer, Mr. James Dyfcw. Members of the club are 'to assist at- 'the opening of the East, bourne Sasag&»£|ub-tbjs -evening.
