THE OUTBREAK ON THE OTWAY. By Telegraph.— Press Association:— Copyright. SYDNEY, 31st March. Nine hundred persons aboard the steamer Otwav, from England to New _', will have to be quarantined tomorrow. The Quarantine Station only provides for 650. The rest will remain aboard tho ship. ANOTHER PASSENGER DEVELOPS SUSPICIOUS SYMPTOMS. (Received April 1, 10 a.m.) PERTH, This Day. Another of the Otway's quarantined passengers has developed suspicious symptoms.
