The steamer Tbenmtocles, a sistership to the Pericles, now being built at Aberdeen, will make her maiden trip in February, 1911. She is being specially fitted for the carriage of Australian chilled beef. The Pericles, of the Aberdeen Line* (G. Thompson and Co., Ltd.), is a steel twin-screw four-masted steamer of 10,925 tons gross, built in 1908 by llarland and Wolff, Ltd. Her dimensions are— Length 500 ft 6in, breadth 62ft 3in, depth 31ft lin.
