Subscriptions to the expenses fund of Barry, the English sculling champion, who is to row R. A rust on the Zambesi for the world's championship, amount to £788. Mr. Guy Nickalls estimates that the total sum* required will bo £1100. A special endeavour is being made to raise the balance.
