'Considerable irritation was experienced by Miramar passengers on a recent Saturday afternoon, when they were charged "'specia'" fares on cars not labelled '.'special." A complaint on the subject was Received by the Miramar Council last evening, and it was stated that when the conductor's attention was called to the.lact he stated that the car was marked '"special," but the board was at the back of the car. The complaint was referred to the Tramways Department p{ the City -Council.
