♦ [BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] ! NELSON, 31st March. The efforts made this morning to raise the sunken steamer Koi were fruitless, owing to insufficiency of power available. This evening the steamers Nikau and Waverley, of the Anchor fleet-, are standing by, with a staff of men from the Anchor Foundry, and hopes are entertained that the Koi will be raised sufficiently to enable her to be towed to shallow water.
