In the judgment summons case of the Sims Hardware Co., Ltd., v. John Tofts, a claim for £1 12s 9d, the latter did not appear. He was ordered to pay the amount on or before the 14th April ; in default, 24 hours' imprisonment. There was no appearance of Wnlter Leslie, who was ordered to pay E. T. Taylor and Co. £4 10s 6d on or before the 14th April, or in default to undergo four days' imprisonment. An order was refused in each of the two following <a«es: — Thompson Bio«., Ltd.. v.
