HINDUS AND MOOHAMMEDANS. A BOYCOTT.
By Telegraph.— Press Aisociation.— Copyright, (Received March 29, 9 a.m.) CALCUTTA, 28th March. Hindu Nationalists in the Punjab have initiated a boycott of Mohammedau traders. The boycott extends to the liberal professions, and is causing the Mohammedans heavy losses, as the Hindus are generally 'wealthier than they are. Last week there wero religious riots at Peshawar, and troops, had to be called out to restore order. Four Hindus and three Mohammedans were killed.
