STEAMER FOUNDERS IN A GALE. By Telegraph. — Press Association.— Copyright. BERLIN, 24th March. The Norwegian stezwner Dixie foundered in a gale at the mouth of the Elbe. Fiftee-n parsons were drowned. [The Dixie was an iron screw steamer of 715 tons, built in 1878 by Schlesinger, Davis, and Co., Newcastle.]
