ST. PETER'S MISSION.
A meeting of the Mothers' Union was held in, St. Peter's Mission Hall yesterday. The members of St. Thomas's branch had been invited to attend, .and about sixty-five were present. The Rev. H. G. Blackburn© gave a stirring address on the "Power and Influence of Mothers' Early Training of Their Children." The addrees was thoroughly appreciated by all present. After refreshments had been dispensed, the misfrioner thanked the members for their presence, expressing the hope that more meetings of this kind would take place to give mother* the opportunity of ' ~itual benefit,
