NEW HOME IN LONDON. By Telegraph.— l'resi Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 22nd July. Lord Kinnaird, president of the National Council of the Young Men's Christian Association, yesterday turned the first sod in connection with the erection of new buildings at Bloomsbury for the association. The buildings will cost, when completed, £150,000, of which £35,000 has already been subscribed. They will include a hostel for the accommodation of 300 technical college students.
