CHARGE OF BIGAMY.
[BT TELKGRAPH — PItESS ASSOCIATION. 1 AUCKLAND, This Day. In the Police Court to-day, William W. Logan, otherwise known as James Ilogan, was charged with committing bigamy, having on 2nd October, 1907, gone through the marriage ceremony, though he was previously married, to Elsie Warren, in Launceston, Tasmania, his wife being still alive. Accused was committed for trial. Bail was allowed in two sureties of £75 each and self in £50.
