PROFESSOR LABY. ARRIVAL AT SYDNEY.
By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. SYDNEY, 12lh July. Professor T. H. Laby has reached Sydney, en route to New Zealand, where ho joins the Victoria College staff. He only learned since his arrivaJ that the Sudbury-Hardyman research prize had been added to his list of honours. Mr. Laby paid a high tribute to the success of New Zealand and Australian students at the English Universities, referring particularly to Professor Rutherford.
