LODGE MEETINGS.
The fortnightly meeting of the Excelsior Tent, 1.0. R., was held on Thursday evening, at the Schoolroom, Newtown. Bro. Robinson, C.R., in the chair. Re* ports were received from the delegate* to the No-hcense Convention and subdistrict meeting at Palmerston North. Attention was drawn to the uipid increase of ttie Rechabite Order in the {south Island, new tents havine been opened at. Gore, Timaru, South Invercargil , and Bluff, while large additions were being made to the membership of all tents. It, was resolved to inaugurate a membership increase campaign iii Wellington, and a rally of all members is to be held shortly.
