From Napier— 743 bales wool, 5 casks pelts, 1 bale sheepskins, 1 bale skins, 290 casks tallow, 1665 carcases frozen mutton ,5732 quarters beef, 828 carcases lamb, 4023 legs mutton, 291 shoulders mutton, 25 pieces beef. From Lyttelton— ls,964 sacks wheat, 168 sacks barley, 9647 sacks oats, 910 sacks beans, 603 sacks peas, 44 casks pelts, 237 bales wool, 4153 carcases lamb, 846 carcases mutton, 1 case agricultural machinery. Through cargo from Sydney : 7800 bars lead bullion. WHAKARUA LOAI>S FOR A. AND A. LINE. Cabled advice has been received by tho New Zealand and African Steam Ship Company, local agents for the A. and A. Line, to the effect that the Tyser steamer Whakarua has been chartered to load at New York under the auspices of the A. and A. Line. The vessel is to sail on or about the 15th Aiigufb for Auckland, "Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, via Australian ports, and is expected to reach heie about the middle of October. The Arapawa, from Wanganui, was coming up the harbour as we went to press.
