A HUGE MAGNET.
FOR USE IN WARFARE. j By Telegraph.— Press Aasuciatlon.— Cppyrijjht. LONDON, 9th July. The Standard's Berlin correspondent states that a German has patented a huge magnet in the shape of a cogwheel connected by an electric cable with the shore. It is claimed the magnet will be able to throw a battleship out of her course and her machinery out of gear, rendering her guns useless.
