The Daily Telegraph states that the firm of Armstrong, at Elswick, has commenced designing gun-mountings and 13.5 guns for four additional Dreadnoughts. It is understood that four additional first-class battleships will be put in hand on Ist April next. Questions put to Ministers in the House of Commons recently have been designed to show that the armament of British warships" was incomplete.
