MELBOURNE, Bth July. Afc tho hide bales to-diay prices were fully _d lower, except for stouts. The range of prices last week was as follows: — Picked stouts, 7d to 8d ; prime etouts, 6Ad to 7d ; mediaim. sod to 5^ scored or sloppy, 4ad to sid ; kip (v. ell flayed), 6d to^d; scored or sloppy, sjd to 6d; calfskins, light (free from cuts), 6d to 7^d : cut or damaged, 3Jd ; heavy, s£d to 6|d per lb ; horse hides, 5s to 10s each.
