Store sheep. — Average lines of hoggets of mixed sexes made 9s 6d to 10s 9d ; small and inferior (mostly halfbreds), 8s 9d to 10s 6d ; and ewe hoggets, up to 14s sd. Forward wethers sold at 12s 6d to 13s 3d, and low conditioned and inferior lines at 10s to lie. The best of the ewas was a line of two, four, and six-tooths, which made 16s 3d. Aged lines, with a fair proportion of sound-mouth sheep, brought 10s 3d, and old ewes 8s 6d to 10s. ' Fat lambs. — There was a fair demand for export, but prices were lower by about 6d per head, the decline, howevef, being partly due to a falling-off in quality. A few tegs made 14s 3d to 15s 6d| ordinary freezing weights, 12s 6d to 13u 9d ; and light and unfiuished, 10s to 12b. Store cattle. — Yearlings sold up to 30s, and dry cows to £2 10*.
