LODGE MEETINGS.
Couit Sir George Grey, A.0.F., held its fortnightly meeting on Tueßday night, there being a large attendance ot members. The officers for the ensuing term were installed, and three new members initiated. It was decided to challenge the Loyal Antipodean Lodge of Oddfellows to play for the "Code Robin" shield. At the fortnightly meeting of the Aorangi Lodge, 8.U.0.0.F., officers for the half-year were installed as follow : G.1., Bro. Donovan; V.G.. Bro. Sparks* M.S., Bro. R. Stead; 'warden? Bra.' Leatham ; tyler, Bro. Hargood ; F. 3. Council delegate, Bro. Batching; _udi^ tors, Bros. Arthur «f- ' and Leatham. Ihe secretary reported that the takings for last quarter constituted a record for the lodge. The sum of £2 2s was voted to the unemployed fund. After business, sides were picked by Bros. Pearce and Richards for a quoit match, Pearce's side winning by six points.
