TSIKE NOTICE that tho above-named Edward Coulter, of Waitara aforesaid, Coach Proprietor, claiming to havo been lawfully married to you, Eugenic Beatrice Coulter, has filed his Petition against you in tho Supreme Court at New Plymouth, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, praying for a dissolution of njarriage on the ground of your continuous wilful desertion of him during and upwards of five years_ without just cause, and has alsofiled in said Court a Notice that, upon the hearing of the Petition, he will apply for an Order for the custody of eoine of the children of the marriage between the Petitioner and Resnondont (in said Notice lespectively named).
