All handicaps will be started on a minimum of Bst. Any winner during the day is liable to bo rehandicapped. Accommodation for ponies and attendants oan bo arranged for. Nominations must be accompanied by the necessary fee. This meeting will be run under the rules, regulations, and by-laws of the Wellington Pony and Galloway Racing Club.
