CHARGE AGAINST A GUMDIGGER. By Telegraph.— Preas Association.— Copyiight. (Received May 12, 11.25 a.m.) PERTH, This Day. When the steamer Orotava arrived here, a detective arrested an Austrian gumdigger, named Ravelick on a provisional warrant, charging him wiMi obtaining at Dargaville, New Zealand, by false pretences, a gold chain and locket, of the value of £11, from Elias Mlaodick.
