Referring in his address to the Presbyterian Assembly to the social evil, Mr. (Fisher declared that if the united body of the Christian Church were to say, "Thi6 must not continue," it could not continue, because, said the speaker, "we who stand a body outside churches, will stand 'behind you like one* man."
