The Victorian loan of £1,500,000, at 3£ iper cent., was twice covered. The list closed a day earlier than advertised, at £98 £fi — a quarter premium. (Received May 12, 11 a.-m.) LONDON, 11th May. It is officially announced that the subscriptions to the Victorian loan totalled in o nnd a half mitt'ions. Applicants received CO per cent, of the amount applied for.
