CONCRETE HOUSES.
£Bt Tslesbath. — Special to The Post.J AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr. W. H. Barber says that his statement regarding concrete houses was based on a report made to the Timber Commission by the architect who erected the workers' dwellings. The report stated that if houses were built with solid nine-inch or reinforced si^inch concrete outside walls, instead of wood, at last October prices, they would only cost about £6 extra for a four-roomed house.
