AUCKLAND RACING CLUB PRIZE MONEY.

AUCKLAND, 10th May. The Auckland Racing Club has decided on the programme for next season, and the prize money has been increased by something like £4000, which represents a sum of over £29,000 for the thirteen days' racing proposed to be brought off at Ellerslie between November of the present year and June of the succeeding one. The stake attached to the Auckland Cup has been raised to 2000 soys. Other noteworthy increases i-esoived upon are 111 '. connection with the Great Northern Hurdle Race and Great Northern Steeplechase* ' which have been raised to 750 soys and 1000 soys respectively.
