TE ARO SAILING CLUB.
On Saturday afternoon the Te Aro Sailing Club contested their last race, in a light northerly breeze. The competing boats wore : — Rambler (scr), Rival (l£min), Winifred (7min), Doreen (lOmin), and Raumate and Maroro (15min). The limit boat (Maroro) was never headed throughout the race, and the vessels rounded the hulk buoy in the following order : — Maroro, Doreen, Rival, Winifred, Raumate, and Rambler. The trophy presented by Mr. J. Jamieson was won by Maroro^ and that by Mr. J. Barnard was won by the Doreen.
