Tbt telegraph— pkess association.] AUCKLAND, This Day. Annie Nicholson, charged at the Police Court on four counts of perjury, arising from statements made by her m recent bankruptcy proceedings, pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial. Bail in one surety of £10 was granted.
