• A PERSONAL FRIENDSHIP MOVEMENT. By Telegrapn. —Press Association.— Copyright LONDON, 7th May. A movement to promote personal friendships between leading men 'of Britain and France is progressing. M. Delcasse (formerly French Foreign Minister, originator of the Anglo-French Arbitration Treaty, and a victim of German hatred) and three other French Deputies — MM. Paul Doumer, Millerand, and Reinach — also D'Estouinelles de Constant, the well-known advocate of arbitration in international disputes, and a number of others, dined in the House of Commons with many Liberal and Unionist Lords and Commoners. A special committee of fifty has b^en formed in each country to advance the movement.
