On Monday next, 10th inst., at noon, on tho ground, under instructions from the llailwav Department, they are selling for removal two sixroomed cottages, with outbuildings, at Kaiwarra. Full details appear in the advertisement, and the buildings have to be removed within fourteen days. On Wednesday next, 12th inst., at their rooms, at 2.30 p.m., under instructions from Mr. T. E. Donne, who is leaving for London, the firm are submitting his 10-roomed residence, No. 223, Welling ton-terrace. At their rooms, 26, Brandon-street, at 1.30, on Wednesday, they will dispose of six pianos on account of various vendors. The same afternoon a large catalogue of furniture will be submitted, and an opportunity is afforded for those about to furnish. On Thursday, at 1.30 o'clock, they will sell, at 3, South-avenue, the contents of a six-roomed residence. The same firm advertise particulars of a stock sale they are holding at Mr. Victor Hughes's farm, Johnsonville, when they will offer 36 head of cattle and one 4-year-old mare, and a lot of sundries.
