All handicaps will be started on a miniHum of Bst. Any winner during the day is liable to be rehandicapped. Accommodation for ponies and attendants can bo arranged for. No pony allowed to start whose nomination fees are unpaid. This Meeting will be run under the Rules, Regulations, and Bylaw 3of the Wellington Pony and Galloway Racing Club.
