Weather.— B, blue bky, be the atmosphere clear or heavy; C, clouds, passing clouds; D, dnzaling rain; X, foggy; G, gloomy, dark weather; H, hail; L, lightning; M, misty; O, overcast, the whole bky covered with thick clouds; P, passing showers; Q, squally, R, rain, continued rain; S, suow; T, thunder; ■U, ugly, threatennig appearance.
