An alteration in the loading programme--*rf the Shaw-Savill cargo steamer VKaiwera brougbt the vessel to Wellington this morning, and she berthed at the Glasgow Wmrf. Instead of grooeeding to Napier from Lyt-- . telton the vessel win omit Napier altogether from her programme, and will be loading here till Monday.
