The Shab has dismissed his Prime Minister and War Minister, and given both portfolios to his uncle, Naibes Sultaneh, an incorrigible reactionary. The British and Russian Ministers have informed the Shah of their strong disapproval of this step. If their repi'esentations are unanswered by Sunday, they -will be compelled to request another audience. RUSSIAN FORCES IN PERSIA. OCCUPATION Of 1 TABRIZ.
