The commission has rejected the appeal of Leonard iMijburn, driver of the Bendigo train, in the terrible collision at ■Braybrook at Easter last year, against tho finding of the Departmental Board, resulting in his dismissal. The commission, however, modified the board's finding in the case of the Braybrook fatationmaster, Frederick George Kendall, and decided to reinstate him in the service in a purely clerical position.
