Farewell Handicap, £110; one mile. PENALTIES. HURDLE RACES.— The winner of any Hurdle Race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for overy additional raco 71b extra. FLAT RACES.— The winner of any flat raco after the declaration 61 weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for overy additional race a further penalty of 6lb ex tra. Horses handicapped at. Bst 101b and over to carry only half the above penalties. Or, if the Handicapper considers it necessary, he may increase the above penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances.
