The Urban Picture Company, which commences a season at the Opera House on Monday night, ha 6 received permission from the Wellington Centre of X.Z.A.A. to hold a- Marathon race on Wednesday, 6th April. The" course to be run is from Winder's corner, round Oriental Bay, the Queen's Drive, through Island Bay back to Winder's corner. Fuller particulars as to entries, etc., will be found advertised elsewhere. Substantial trophies are to be presented to the winners, and the entrance is free. The course u> be run is about ten miles.
