Mr. E. Anstiss has leased the Bellwaa Gardens from Mr. A. 11. V. Lodder. Mr. Anstiss was formerly head gardener at Bellevue, and with Mr. Simpson, bought out Messrs. Gk and W. Cudby'a business at Lower Hutt. He has, however, sold his inter-est in this undertaking to 'Mr. Simpson, and will .take over Bellevue on;'lst .AjpriL. I
