BREACHES OF BYLAWS.

CASES IN COURT. Owners of unregistered dogs were fined in the Magistrate's Court to-day, at the instigation of Mr. James Doyle, Corporation Inspector, as follow : Samuel Brown, costs only, 7s; William Chatfield, costs only, 7s; Sydney Cole, costs only, 7s; Ludwig Furtinberg, costs only, 7s; William H. Green, costs only, 7s; Harry Griffin, costs only, 7s; Ben Mathilda Bal, costs only, 7s; Frank Williams, costs only, 7s. Breaches of the by-laws, in that they did allow stock to wander, were dealt with as follow : Matthew Adams, fined 10s, costs 7s; Richard Benge, fined 10s, costs 7s; James A. Bradley, fined ss, costs 7s; Phillip de Souza, costs 7s; Cecil Graham, fined 10s, costs 7s; Thomas Hill, fined 10s, costs 7s; Elizabeth Robinson, fined ss, costs 7s; Archibald Russell, finod bs, costs 7s. F.or allowing offensive rubbish to accumulate on his premises in Molesworth-street, Ching Wa^ Chong was fined 20s, with costs 7s. Bartolo Russo was fined ss, costs 7s, for allowing two calves to wander in the borough of Eastbourne. For allowing a horse to wander, the same defendant was also ordered to pay 7s costs. Frank Wills was proceeded against for a similar offence, and was fined ss, costs 7s. Frank Enwright was prosecuted for riding a horse at other than a walking pace across the intersection of Cuba and Dixon streets on the 18th February. Defendant was fined 20s, with costs 7s. For driving a vehicle without a light William Rose was fined 20s, costs 7s. Bert Smith, on information that he drove a vehicle at other than a walking pace around a corner, was fined 10s, costs 7s. Coses amounting to 7s was the penalty imposed upon Frederick Haybittle for allowing a motor-car to stand in Mercer-street between sunset and sunrise without a light. ,
