In the House of Commons yesterday, the Prime Minister, M» Asquith, replying to a question by Mr. H. C. Lea, Liberal mrmber for St. Pancras East, said that the whole question of aerial navigation had been for some time under consideration by the Defence Committee. The Prime Minister added that provision would be made in the Estimates for forwarding the matter. KING AND QUEEN. LONDON, 25th March. The Public Worship Department of Russia is sending a mission to Tibet. The mission, which will be accompanied by representatives of the Foreign Office, will study the religious ana social life of the Tibetans.
